A: Tutoring Sessions take place at a mutually agreed-upon local location in Bluffton, Hilton Head, or Beaufort.

A: A quickbooks invoice will be sent One day before the scheduled session. You May pay by credit card, debit card, ​or ACH bank transfer. Payment is due by the time of the session. You also have the option to pay the Invoice in pERSON with cash or check at the time of the session. ​​

 ​A: Monthly bookings receive a 15% discount on the total cost of sessions for that month. A one-time QuickBooks invoice will be sent, and payment is made in advance for the month’s sessions. You may pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. You also have the option to pay the one-time invoice in person with cash or check, due at the first session of the month.​​

A: The session fee includes a personalized 60-minute lesson, all necessary materials and supplies, a parent session summary, and dedicated tutor preparation and travel time.

​A: If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule. We work together to ensure the following week is always booked in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged.
